Ribbon basic information

Base material: polyester film

Base film thickness (μm): 3.5±0.2

Total thickness (μm): 5.9±0.5

Ink layer melting point: 95 ℃

Shelf life: one year

Storage conditions: temperature -5℃~40℃, humidity 20%~85%, ventilation, avoid light, away from heat sources.

Ink layer transmittance concentration: ≥1.2

Print image characteristics:

Ink layer color: black

Color density: 1.7 (standard version of spectrodensitometer X-rite exact)

Printing effect: 0.1mm fine lines complete and clear, 4pt Chinese and English clearly read without stacking ink.

Friction resistance: 500 times (load 9N, A4 paper).

Alcohol resistance: 20 times (95% ethanol, load 9N)

Low temperature test: no change in label printing (placed in a closed cold box at -17℃ for 20 hours)

Waterproof immersion test: no change in label imprint (immersed in water at 100℃ for 2 hours)

Label adaptability

Copperplate paper 80%, hangtags, cardboard 60%, synthetic paper 40%.
